We have professional QC Staffs, there are 4 processes we focus our attention on
- A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc
- B: Checking the logos’ production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc
- C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.
- D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing.
